我这个人小事马虎异常，大事小心得别人被我闹得焦虑。

    看到坛子里有MM说，不知道到底该选谁，赶紧做个决定速战速决。

    愕然。

    这又不是撞个天混抓住哪样宝贝反正都是赚。整容手术，就像我转载来的这篇文章末尾所说的一样，Cosmetic surgery can be one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make. It’s important to make an informed decision.（整容手术可能是你一生中所做过的最大的决定。广泛收集信息再做决定重要非常。）

    个人认为，当一个人特别特别特别发疯一样想去做一件事的时候，最好先等一等。尽量在理性理智的情况下再做决定，以减少术后的心理问题。

    顶着这张脸已经活了至少二十年了，还在乎再等个一年半载吗？何况，这一年半载的信息收集，及准备会为你的手术添加不少的成功率，也是对自己负责任的一种表现吧。

    我比较喜欢广泛的收集信息。

    只收集国内的信息，可能让你永远也不会想到在资询的时候要医生证明他所标榜的学历以及各美容学会的成员证明。

    下面是我转一个英国关于整形的免费咨询的机构的关于做手术之前的一些注意事项的内容。有些是老生常谈但是有些是有些用处的。

    我也就边看边翻，不好意思有些辞不达意或者不通顺～mm们见谅。

    也希望对MM们有所帮助。

    Guidelines:

    1: Check the surgical experience of the surgeon you are considering, does he or she specialise in the procedure in which you are interested in?

    查看你的主治医师关于你想做的手术方面的整容经验，他是专攻你想做的手术方面的专家吗？

    2: Before-and-after photographs can give you some insight into the surgeon's ability, although you must realise that they cannot guarantee a result that you will achieve. Every patient is unique in their goals and desired result.

    从前病人的效果对比图可以让你大致了解医生的能力，但是你必须注意，对比图并不能保证你也一定可以达到某一种效果。每个病人对她们的手术的目标和手术期望值都是独一无二的。

    3: How many procedures of this kind has the surgeon done?

    这个医生曾经做过多少这类的手术？

    4: When you are booking a consultation with your chosen clinic, make sure you see the actual surgeon who will be operating on you. In some clinics, the first person to see any patients is a 'counsellor' or ‘advisor’.

    请和你的主刀医生做诊询。某些诊所你见到的将是一些所谓的顾问。

    5: Make sure you are comfortable with the personal rapport between you and your surgeon. You should always feel that your concerns are being addressed thoroughly. Make sure you're satisfied with the answers you've been given before the consultation is over.

    6: Your surgeon will need to have a full consultation with you to give an exact price. If someone is offering it quicker and cheaper, there is usually a reason for this.

    如果你有不论什么样的怀疑和疑惑，在你确定你自己在做和要做什么前，千万不要贸然动手术。整容手术可能是你一生中所做过的最大的决定。广泛收集信息再做决定重要非常。

    Anyone can call themselves a cosmetic surgeon, so you need to be sure that you are seen by someone qualified and experienced.

    每个人都可以叫自己是整容医师，所以你需要确定你见到的是合格的和有经验的医生。

    We stipulate the following criteria when choosing and recommending our surgeons:

    1: Must hold NHS consultant’s position
    2: Must be BAPS and or BAAPS member
    3: Must be FRCS (plast)
    4: Must be listed on GMC’s specialist register of Plastic Surgery

    Memberships
    Membership in professional organisations is one of the many factors in determining a surgeon's qualifications. Of the professional societies, some are more specialised than others and have more strict requirements than others.

    There are two main organisations in the UK

    The British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPS)
    The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS)

    These are the largest inter-disciplinary medical organisations and they are exclusively devoted to cosmetic surgery. Unfortunately, BAPS and BAAPS members represent only a minority of surgeons in the UK practising cosmetic surgery.

    BAPS and BAAPS members have undertaken courses dedicated to cosmetic surgery. BAPS and BAAPS Members are fully trained Plastic Surgeons. They have undergone a rigorous training programme. The cosmetic surgeons that are members are dedicated to advancing the science and art of cosmetic surgery, and give highest standards of surgical excellence and patient care.

    Members of The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons are plastic surgeons who are on the General Medical Council’s Specialist Register. This means that, once they have qualified as a doctor, they have successfully completed specialist training in plastic surgery (usually for 6 years). BAPS and BAAPS members regularly attend conferences in this country and abroad to keep themselves up-to-date with the latest techniques at least twice a year.

    Fellowships
    FRCS is the qualification of a general surgeon; it means your surgeon is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, having had several years experience and passed a stiff exam in general surgery. It does not signify any special training in cosmetic surgery. Your surgeon is only a Fellow in General Surgery.

    An experienced, fully trained cosmetic surgeon will have the letters FRCS (plast) after their name. This means that that he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, having had several years experience and passed a stiff exam in both general and plastic surgery.

    Again if you have any doubts whatsoever, do not go ahead until you're sure about your surgeon and your decision to have surgery

    这一大段有些东西很重要，可是大片都是在介绍英国的机构。我也懒得都翻了，只是把我觉得要注意的大致翻一下好了。

    它提到，其实国外有很多的整容机构。

    所以国内具有某某医疗机构会员资格，并不是难事。重要的是这个机构本身够不够权威。

    它还提到会员（FELLOWSHIP)和成员(MEMBERSHIP)（这个是我自己的翻译，大家不要扣字眼。不是说所有的会员都是假的哦！见医生的时候看他的这个证明的原文版，看看是不是MEMBERSHIP，如果是FELLOWSHIP或别的就很不同 了哦）是个很不同的概念。

    成员（membership）是正规的经过专业的培训考试以及实习通过考核才准许加入的正式成员。

    而还有一种，是FELLOWSHIP，会员，只是此机构的合作伙伴。并不保证有任何的成员有的东东哦！

    所以，我的结论是，不论名气多大的医生，见之前，还是看看他过往的专业经历以及各种文书证件然后通过查证，才更有保障。

    整容是一件大事，大意不得。慎重选择医师，降低手术风险。
